PURCHASE THIS ITEM ALONE ON ITS OWN ORDER & YOU MUST OWN A PRINTER TO PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL
We now repair pearls in jewelry if you have lost them after your warranty period!
This will cover ONLY the pearls that have been lost out of jewelry.
We cannot remove a pearl from a piece of jewelry and we do not warranty any other stones lose after the 12 month warranty period.

After purchasing this item, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a printable return label and instructions on how to package your item.
The piece of jewelry MUST still have its pin in order to reset a pearl on it. Damaged jewelry sent in without a pin, will be returned to the customer without the pearl attached and the customer is still responsible for the FULL FEE
If you have lost your original pearl and send in a replacement, WE WILL SET THE PEARL YOU SEND regardless of the quality. You know what you are sending, you have seen it, so that is what will be set to your jewelry. We will do our best to hide any imperfections. Just know, if there are multiple imperfections, it may not be possible to hide.
You can send in your original pearl to be set or you can purchase a replacement pearl at the full cost of the pick a pearl.
WE ONLY SET FRESHWATER PEARLS. We are not responsible for higher value pearls set to the jewelry that send in.
The reset pearl is warrantied to not fall out for 12 months. If your pearl comes out of your jewelry again, customer is responsible for the cost of mailing it in to be reset.
